1. Site Inspection- Our team will survey your property and determine the level of water damage to your home or office. 2. Water Removal - All water is removed from damaged areas with our high power vacuums, and the drying process can begin. We continue to monitor the damaged areas in order to ensure secondary damage or microbial growth does not occur.

3. Drying Process - We continue to dry the damp areas of your home or office with our industrial strength dehumidifiers and fans in order to draw out the moisture and replace it with dry air. This process continues until we stabilize the indoor environment.

4. Monitor Site - We carefully monitor the drying process in your home or office to ensure your property is restored to its pre-loss condition.

5. Replacement - Carpets or flooring that needs to be replaced or relayed is done during this phase of the restoration process. The improved areas are then completely cleaned and dried to complete the job. We also offer Total Project Management - i.e. build back damaged areas with your approval.
