Some odors permeate the entire apartment including walls, floors, woodwork, and A/C duct systems. These odors include smoke, curry, decaying food or organisms, mildew, and severe pet odor. Once the source of the odor is removed, our industrial-size ozone machines produce enough ozone (O3) to oxidize any and all of these organic odors. Because the machines we use at On The Spot are too large and heavy to carry, they are mounted on wheels and can be pulled right into the apartment. Although smaller machines are available, they can't produce a high enough concentration of ozone to oxidize the odors. The large industrial units we use at On The Spot are the same ones used in sewage plants and food processing plants. Common problems can be taken care of with a one-time treatment. Some of the most severe cases may require stripping the carpet and some of the sheet rock and oxidizing for several days. Once a price is quoted, the price is honored even if the treatment takes longer and requires a follow-up. Like all of our odor treatments, ozones are guaranteed.
